The terms, written plainly.

These terms cover use of the Barkrow Systems marketing site and the Adamantius platform. Enterprise agreements may supersede them in writing.

    The service

    Adamantius reconciles commercial-insurance documents against the contract. It is an instrument for a licensed professional, not a substitute for one. The broker remains responsible for the bind.

    Acceptable use

    Use the platform on documents you are authorized to handle. Do not attempt to defeat the PII boundary, reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without a written agreement.

    Accounts & access

    Keep credentials secure. Sign-up is invite-only; accounts use Email/Password, TOTP and passkeys with MFA enforced. You are responsible for activity under your seats.

    Data & confidentiality

    Your documents and ledger are yours. We process them only to provide the service, under the DPA. We claim no training rights over customer data — ever.

    Availability

    We target high availability and publish material incidents. No software is perfect; the service is provided without warranty beyond what your contract states.

    Changes

    We may update these terms; material changes are dated here and, for customers, communicated in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
