What we do
We review valid notices and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate. We may notify the person who provided the material, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
- III
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to jurisdiction as the law requires.
